What is your role with The Seltzer Group?
I am the Vice President of Business Development for The Seltzer Group. I have 30 years of experience selling policies to fit individual client needs. I like to educate my clients that even though many times we save them money that the most important part of purchasing any policy is knowing that they have chosen someone who cares about making certain that their assets and most important their family is protected. I also promise them that I will be there for them in the event that a tragedy does occur.
What types of industries/risks are you particularly interested in or have special expertise in working with?
I specialize in providing insurance products and services for high net worth clients. I help identify, evaluate and manage the personal risks they face to properly protect their assets. Many of these clients fail to recognize how the changing nature of risk can impact their wealth. Now more than ever, it is imperative for clients to have the right coverage with the right company.
Why do you like working with those types of industries/risks? What kind of background do you have that gives you that expertise?
I have been in Insurance for 30 years. I am a Certified Insurance Counselor and, I am currently working towards my Certified Professional Risk Manager designation. The CPRM designation focuses specifically on the needs of the affluent and high net worth clients. It will provide me with in depth knowledge for serving these clients.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself?
I have lived in Schuylkill County my entire life so I have become friends with many of my clients and their families. I am married this May 35 years to my husband Joe. I have two sons JV and Jared. I enjoy traveling with my family and my two Black labs Maggie and Marley.
